With over 20 years of experience in public education, Dr. Ronilee Mooney brings both classroom and district-level expertise to her work. Across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, she has served as an ESL teacher, specialist, Assistant Principal, and Director of English Learners.

Today, she partners with districts to build sustainable systems that improve outcomes for English Learners and Multilingual Learners—aligning instruction, leadership, and compliance into cohesive, high-impact practice.
